What is Bamboo Rayon?
Green & Biodegradable: Our bamboo rayon fiber was made from bamboo. Bamboo can grow as much as 3 feet over night. Because this is a fast growing renewable resource it can replace cotton, wood, etc. Bamboo rayon fiber is biodegradable textile material. It can be 100% biodegraded in soil by microorganism and sunshine. The decomposition process doesn't cause any pollution environment.
Naturally Bacteriostatic:
Scientists found that bamboo owns a unique bacteriostatic agent named "Bamboo Kun". This substance has particular and natural functions of bacteriostatic and deodorization. Even after fifty times of washing, bamboo rayon fiber fabric still possesses excellent function of bacteriostatic.
bamboo rayon fiber's natural bacteriostatic function differs greatly from that of chemical additive. The later often tend to cause skin allergy when added to apparel.
Breathable & Cool:
Because the cross-section of the bamboo rayon fiber is filled with various micro-gaps and micro-holes, it has much better moisture absorption and ventilation. Q1: How much is the bulk production Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
MOQ: 750y(below 750y has dyeing surcharge) Order more than 1500y will have discount.
Q2: What is your delivery time?
Bulk order >> 30-45 days. Sample proofing >> 7-14 days.
Q3: Any free sample can be provided? How much is sample charge?
We can provide sample swatches and samples fabric (in stock) under 3 yards free (Freight collect).
Q4: Can it be returned the goods if we found the defective goods?
To assure good quality, we have full inspection before shipping, we only ship goods, after your confirmation with the shipping sample. Therefore, we don't ship defective goods. However, if you still receive any defective goods, we will solve the problem or compensate for our customers.
Q5: How do I pay?
We accept both T/T and L/C, start the order after receiving deposit, all payment before shipment.
