Production process
1. Incise :make different specifications raw material into same size round pole with smooth surface by rods machine.
2. Dry: dry in the sun,until moisture within 15-20%.
3. Fumigation : high temperature fumigation for 20minutes.
4. Make straight: straighten the bent part and prevent the rebound.
5. Fixed shape:nearly stacked for 2-3 days.
6. Polishing : polishing 3 times .
7. Cutting : cut into the same length.
8. Process : cover shrink film,put it on a high temperature Laminator,then let it cool.
9. Bottom handled: dome,straight cut,screw and plastic cap.
10. Package :packed in woven bag or plastic film.
11. Loading :shipped to the port.
