Cooking Method

1. Wash and prepare chicken pieces in desire size.
2. Prepare 45g of the premix with 90ml of water.
3. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
4. Dip the marinated chicken in the remaining premix for breading.
5. Deep fry in preheated oil at 177C (350F) for 12 minutes until golden brown.
