How to choose Suitable foil for you? 

1.Choose suitable glue type for your material. Is there any special treatment in the surface of material.  is it laminated?


2.Choose suitable release quality for the stamping area. There are normally three kinds of release quality. The stamping area can be classified into three types: small , middle, and  large.


3.These are two keys for the hot stamping choice, please kindly inform us the information so that we can recommand suitable glue layer for your application.

If holographic, then we need have a embossing process.

Packing

standard roll: one roll a plastic bag, ten rolls a carton 


jumbo roll: one roll wrapped by bubble bag, put it in oner carton,  fixing it in the pallet 


Jumbo: we also can pack the rolls as attached photos.  

Labels: customer label is available .

Questions and answers : 


1. May I have the samples ?
    Answer: yes, we will provide samples for you. Samples for testing will be provided for free.
2. Who pay the freight cost for the sample ? 
    Answer: the freight for sample delivery is at receiver's side.
3. What is the delivery time for the goods ? 
    Answer: our production ability is one week one 20feet container. we will check according to your quantity.
4. How about the warranty time ? 
    Answer: In case of any quality problem happens, you must be equivalently compensated.
5. After-service  
   Answer: we will reply your email with 12hours . if any quality issue, we will give you 8D analysis report after getting the sample.
6. What is 8D report ? 
  Answer: we will make analysis from raw material, production process, human labor and change to each defects and make action plan for each issue.

 (1) temperature from 5~20 degree

 (2) humidity 30% ~70%

 (3) putting the foil straight direction

 (4) avoid sunshine
