1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.

2. Confirm the price. lead time. artwork. payment term etc.

3. SOOLU Group sales send the Proforma Invoice. 

4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.

5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment and will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.

6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .

8. Clients make payment for balance and ship the cargo. 

9. Feedback to Soolu about Quality. Service. Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.

Q1). Can you send samples for us ? 

A1:   Samples are available for your evaluation if needed. Please help to prvide your consignee account number or pay for the shipping cost to us in advance. 

Q2). What you can supply to me?

A4:   Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product suggestion based on your idea and budget.

Q4). Do you inspect the product ? 

A5:   Yes, each step of production and finished-products will be carried out inspection by our QC before shipping out. 

Q5). What is your payment term ? 

A6:   We usually doing 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L by T/T, We also accept L/C ,D/P if total amount over $50000.

Q6). What is the delivery time?

A7:   3-20 days (According to order quantity and factory production situation)
