All stages in our production process are controlled and handled according to strict standards to ensure the highest quality standards.

The wood must fit our requirements on the color of the wood, insect holes, knots, etc. Sawing, painting and sanding procedures comply with the safety specifications to ensure physical and mechanical safety and avoid hazardous lead and heavy metal migration. Gluing, coloring, and varnishing are done according to international principles and technical requirements.

Packaging care of design, information leaflets, and labeling are to satisfy our customers and to reduce damage when transporting our goods.

Q1	What is the MOQ ?
A	7000 USD/Shipment , 1 Carton/Design  for our own available designs

Q2	Can I mix different designs?
A	Sure!

Q3	Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?
A	Yes, cheaper prices with more bigger size orders.

Q4	Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?
A	Yes, but you need to tell us asap. If your order has been done in our production line, we cannot change it.  It is about 2 days after confirming the order.

Q5	Can I get the pre-production sample ?
A	Yes, we will send you pp sample, after you confirm, then we will start production.

Q6	When you ship my order?
A	Normally 15-45 days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order quantity and production schedule.

Q7	What is your terms of delivery?
A	EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q8	What is your sample policy?
A	We can supply the sample if we have in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A	Generally, we pack your goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
