Custom fabric :-All of our peoduct can be made of various grade of fabric from 120gsm to 260gsm.Such as 100% cotton, 95% polyster 5% spandex, CVC, 100% Polyster, 95% cotton 5% spandex, TC and Etc, 95% bamboo 5% spandex, 60% cotton 30% bamboo 5% spandex Etc..

Packing & Delivery

PACKING TYPE:

* Single piece packing

Single garment is packed into the poly bag or into a cardboard box.

* Blister Packing

more than one garments are packed into a poly bag in a size and color ratio. Later those poly bags are packed into a carton box.

* Solid Packing

In this method of packing, the carton box will include garments of a single color and same size. For example, 20 shirts of a similar color say navy blue and the size say S will be put in one carton box.

THE PACKING IS ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER FAVOUR ( tag, label, stickers, poly bag, barcode).

PACKING :
Customised packing for specific clients and standard packing methods are both used to ensure safe transit of the products. Packing measures conform to international norms and are periodically monitored by a QA team.

1.Q:What is your MOQ ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.Q:Can I get samples?
A:Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request

4.Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 15 to 25 working days for 10000pcs. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.Q:What's your procedure of order ?
A: After order confirmed , we make the sample , and then take clear sample photos with different anglers for your approval ; After sample approval , we start the mass production .If you need real sample we will send.

6:Q:What kinds of material do you have ?
A:We can source all kind of materials as your request but price will differ based on material.Hope you understand.

7.Q:How many colors are available?
A:All color as your request.

8.Q:What's your package ? can you package my requirement ?

A: L/C for large quantity.

A: 50% advance and rest 50% before dispatch for new customers.

A:Yes , the more quantity , the more cheaper .

A:We mostly use DHL for our MOQ to ship , door to door service.
