The Signia Pure 1px is now one of Signia's most affordable entry-level hearing aids, based on the new Primax platform.

This hearing aid sits discreetly and comfortably behind the ear and is virtually invisible when worn. It features an on-board push-button which can be used to control the hearing aid volume, program, or both. This is a 16 channel hearing aid with up to 6 customizable programs.
