Straw Making Machine include 5 units: 

Unwind Unit

We use Aluminum Frame to unwind kraft paper rolls keep paper as food-contact grade.

 

 

Glue Unit

1. Glue Middle Layer Kraft Paper(120gsm)

2. Glue Outer Layer Kraft Paper(60gsm)

3. Add Oil On Inner Layer Kraft Paper to Reduce The Friction Between Paper Straw And Mandrel Mold.

4. Motor To Keep Rotation When Machine Stop

 

Twist Forming Unit

1. The gap and angle between winding head can be adjust by hand wheel

2. 2 pcs Belt are driven by 2-Cylinder Rotation. Each Cylinder Rotation is controlled by triple-phase asynchronous motor and reducer. 

 

 

 

Cutting Unit 

1. Knife is all rotary knife. You can choose 5 knife set machine model or 6 knife set machine model.

2. Knife rotation is controlled by triple-phase asynchronous motor and reducer

3. Knife cut down is controlled by air cylinder. All air cylinder component is from AirTAC, TAIWAN

4. We comes with 2 set Core Mold. It directly decide paper straw’s INNER DIAMETER

5. Cutting Knife Belt is Gates Belt imported from, life is 10-time longer than normal belt.
