Jinan Mulong Mixer is in unique structure design of horizontal U-shaped barrel, two-layer spiral band, which is efficient and fast for the mixture of materials. Motivated by spiral band of the mixer shaft, the external spiral band moves inward from both sides , making the materials blending back and forth. Moreover, axial movements of partial mixture are pushed by the spiral band, in this way convective circulation can be achieved. The materials can be mixed quickly and evenly in a short time
The machine is widely applied to medication, chemicals, fodder, ceramics, refractories, namely the mixture of powders and fluids; chemicals, compound fertilizer, dyes, pigments, rubber, building materials, refractories, tombarthite, resin glass,ie blend of solid-solid (powders and powders), solid-liquid (powders and fluids).

 

The maximum workload of the 200 type machine is 200KG each time. If the moisture content of the raw materials mixed by the customer is different, the workload will also be different. We can customize the motor according to the voltage of each country. Please confirm the voltage, frequency and single-phase/two-phase power or three-phase power before purchasing. The default three-phase power is three-wire. If it is five-wire, please be sure to inform customer service. Due to the different plugs in different countries, the machine does not have a power plug when shipped, please prepare a suitable plug by yourself.

 

According to the different needs of customers, the material of the stainless steel mixer is divided into two types, one is 201 stainless steel and the other is 304 stainless steel. The two appearances and details are the same, and the prices are different.

The 201 material machine in this quotation is made of 201 stainless steel except for the motor, reducer and the bearing connection (red part) at both ends of the machine. The advantage of the 201 stainless steel machine is that it is cheap but because of the low content of certain elements in this material, if it is mixed with strong acid or strong alkaline materials for a long time, it will rust. It is recommended to mix low-corrosive or non-corrosive raw materials.

Quotation of 304 stainless steel machine = the part of the machine contacting the raw material is made of 304 stainless steel (blue part). The machine support part is made of 201 stainless steel (green part), suitable for mixing strong corrosive materials. Friendly reminder: Our machine is not a professional food machine.
