The advantages of self-tapping threaded sleeve:
1 Sets of self tapping screw self tapping, base material without prior tapping, save costs.

  use the lower strength of the material.
3 For wear or break has teeth with female thread repair, 

   self-tapping threaded sleeve can continue to use the same screw.
4 Strong resistance to vibration, can prevent loosening.
5 With no residual gap of the base metal, the mother material also has good air tightness when the bubble is contained.

6.Self tapping threaded sleeve installation is simple, rapid, only an assembly tool, low cost, almost no adverse rate.

 

Self-drilling screw installation method:

Step1:Proper the hole by molding or drilling,the hole size is recommended,and     

            may adjusted after that test ,It is better to countersink the hole.

Step2:Screw the inserts onto the installation tool with the cutting slot or cutting  

             bore downwards (fig1),then put the insert into the hole and begin

Note: The insert is to be vertically aligned with the hole axis,do not tilt during 

           tapping.Observe the first 1-2 pieces tapping ,if any tilt found ,stop 

           tapping and re-align the insert.Never reverse the tool when tapping is in progress(fig2)

Step3:The insert is supposed to arrive at 0.2mm lower than the workpiece top 

            surface,then tighten the hexagonal nut of the installation tool with a 

            wrench and back out the tool counter clock wise. (fig3)
