High reliability

Running smoothly
The high efficiency of the ball screw is much better than that of the traditional screw. The required torque is less than 30%. Linear motion can be easily changed from rotary motion.

High rigidity and preload
When the axial play in the conventional screw nut assembly is minimized, the actuation torque becomes excessive and the operation is not smooth. The axial clearance in the TBI MOTION precision ball screw can be reduced to zero by preloading, and it can still run easily and smoothly. Therefore, low torque and high rigidity can be obtained at the same time. The TBI MOTION ball screw has a Gothic arch groove profile (Figure 1.2), which can fulfill these conditions.
