and if an order is made, these charges will be deducted.

A: 3.1 Strict inspection of raw materials.
3.2 Every process has 1-2 QC to check the quality.
3.3 We have the tools to test the hangers and the standards to
control the quality.
3.4 Each packing worker is required to re-examine the quality of
each hanger before packing it.
3.5 Our customers can send QC who they trust to check our raw
materials or products being made at any time.

4.Q: How do you deliver on time?
A:4.1 We have a production plan.
4.2 We work according to the countdown timetable,and every step
is supervised to check whether it is completed according to
the schedule.

5.Q: How will the express charge be paid to your factory? And what courier company can you arrange for sending the samples?
A: 5.1 We accept PayPAL, also you can arrange a remote pick-up.
5.2 Samples can be sent by the following companies: Fedex, UPS,
DHL, TNT, etc; also can have the samples collected; or inform us
your DHL collection account.
