Q1. What's your Payment terms?

A: We are mainly doing with two payment terms: 50% TT prepayment, the balance against shipping documents; T/T at sight



Q2. What's your delivery time?

A: It will be 10days after prepayment or T/T for raw material, and 20 another days after prepayment or T/T for processing products.







Q3. Can you do packing with our LOGO?

A: Yes, we can do packing details.



Q4. Is there a minimum order amount?

A: Usually we require a 20'FCL for delivery orders, also we could accept a mixed container with 3 different products at most.



Q5. What if I receive products I am not satisfied with?

A: We aren't happy unless you are!. If something is not up to your standards - please let us know! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Also, please leave message blow, we will send the policy to you soon.







Q6. How often do your prices change?

A: Our prices are subject to change weekly.
