ShipmentFelt & Yarn ships the order worldwide within 7 working days.
For the shipment, FNY is collaborated with courier service companies like: FedEx, Skynet, Dpex, TNT and UPS.
The Company offer Air Cargo, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services and Sea Cargo.
Customs
Felt & Yarn has a shipping agent who will clear the merchandise from customs on behalf of the customers.
Due to the nature of products, packages are cleared right away without any issues.
Felt & Yarn is Registered Exporter (REX) Company so importers from Europe are not needed to pay custom clearance charges.
Returns
Felt & Yarn accepts the return of items within 15 days of receiving the package in the following cases:
i. Product that does not match description on website or in catalogue.
ii. Product that does not meet customer's expectation.
iii. Shipment with wrong product or size.
iv.Deliberate Fraud
Provided, the refund does not include shipping charges, customs charges, delivery fees and any other charges except the FOB price of product.
