·       There are 3(three) cyclones in this system.
·       Cyclone 1 volume is 4.5 m3.
·       Cyclone 2 volume is 4.5 m3.
·       Cyclone 3 volume is 4.5 m3.
·       Cyclones are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
·       Steel sheet thickness is 4 mm.
·       Outlet of the cyclone there will be 2 product outlets which are 2.5". There will be used 2 globe valves which are made of nickel.
·       Cyclone gridding width is 200 mm and depth is 300 mm.
·       Cyclone upper diameter is 2300 mm.
·       Cyclone total length is 3900 mm.
·       Inside of the cyclone there will be 2 washing springers for product washing.
·       Prewashing cyclone is going to have a stirrer.

HYDROCYCLONE

·       In the washing system hydro cyclone is going to be used.
·       Hydro cyclones are going to be used for retarding of water to the main cyclones with solid-liquid separation.
·       It will be used on the upper cyclone.
·       It is going to made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
·       For hydro cyclone product inlets and outlets, chrome-nickel valves are going to be used.

 PRODUCT PUMP

·       There will be two product pumps in the system.
·       All surfaces which are contacted to fluid and product are going to be made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
·       Pump will be full pass and non-block.
·       Inducer fan
·       Vortex pump
·       Fluid does not enter seal region on working condition.
·       Soft packing, suited to salty water seal PS 3740 pear crossed fabric flex ten supported, graphite PTFE fibber seal.
·       Seal will be used for cooling by water circulation
·       Engine power 18 Kw
·       Flow 50 m3/h
·       Pn10 flange connection will be used.

PIPING AND INSTALMENT

·       Piping which provides product move between cyclones are going to be suitable to the diameters of pumps and thicknesses of the pipes are going to be at least 2 mm.
·       Against blocking there will be backflow valves to clear out the pipes.
·       Between pipe and valves there will be flanges and pipe connection reducers.
·       All fittings are going to be made of crom-nickel stainless steel material.
·       Pipe welding is going to be confirmed to standards.
·       Fresh water and washing water lines are going to be connected to every cyclone.
·       Overflow and backward pipes are going to be made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
·       Product pipes diameters will be in a range of 2" - 2.5".
·       Fresh water and washing water pipe diameters will be in a range of 1.5"-2".
·       Outlet of pumps there will be pressure manometers.
·       In front of the pressure manometers there will be stainless steel valves.

CONSTRUCTION
·       Main carrier column and beams are going to made of NPU 160 double material.
·       Cross members are NPU 100 profile.
·       Centrifuge flat and upper cyclone flat will be construct with argyle steel sheet.
·       Stairs and balustrades are not included in this offer.
·       Length of the sieve will be 8600 mm.
