The Fresnel magnifying glass is an ultra-thin magnifying glass. Fresnel magnifying made of PMMA,the minimum thickness can be between 2~5mm.Unlike ordinary magnifiers,its surface is covered with tiny stripes,and it contains many convex lenes in its spiral stripes.Referring to the ring shape, the light passing through it is curved to produce a diffraction phenomenon,there by forming an enlarged image. Finel magnifying glass achieves the effect effect that ordinary lenses do not achieve.so it is widely used for reading and reading newspapers for the elderly.

Q : When designing the Fresnel lens, what is the software been used ? Regular mechanical 3D design tool or others ? A : We’re using ZEMAX & Solid Works.
Q : Do you have the simulation tool such that we know the performance of the design before PCBA/Prototype are available ? A : We have ZEMAX ray-tracing system.
