Boxing
For our shipments we use standard boxes. They are 40cm x 60cm x40cm. If you require
a different packing material please let us know
before hand so that we can pack them according to your requirements.
Loading & Delivery
We aim to fulfil customer order as fast as we can. If the items you order are in stock, we ship them in the same week via sea, air and land shipping. For the shipments that requires a pallet, we use EU pallets that are 120cm x 80cm.

Sea Shipping
For our bigger orders that we ship to the western hemisphere and Australia we use sea shipping and work with the biggest names in the industry that we all know. We always try to find the best rates for our customers to minimise the cost.
Air Shipping
Some customers need their good fast! Since we know that we work with the best companies that provide excellent service quality all around the world. We have an exc. agreement with both UPS and DHL and can deliver anywhere in the world in 2 days!

It depends on the order size of course but usually 2-3 weeks.
