Dawnsail fluorescent Canine C-Reactive Protein test kit is a fluorescent lateral flow strip used with Dawnsail's portable quantatitive fluorescent reader. 

The Canine C-reactive protein is one of the acute phase proteins synthesised by the liver. CRP concentration rise quickly and abruptly when the dog has a virus and bacterial infection or tissue injury; while CRP concentration drop rapidly and sharply when the infection or tissue injury are bettering, so CRP is a timely sensitive biomarker for inflammation. CRP test is useful in monitoring the level of inflammation or body injury, and the CRP test is also useful in monitoring the inflammation improvement, injury recovery and surgery recovery.
