Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
Q2: Do you have MOQ?
A2: Normally, our regular products have no MOQ. If small quantities, the whole cost per products from our factory to your end will be higher. If quantities by container, the average cost will be lower a lot. Please kindly note that Mixed-Loading is available.
Q3: How about sample policy?
A3: Sample free for our VIP Clients. Normally, we collect the sample charge first and deduct from the following bulk orders.
Q4: How about the after-sales service?
A4: We normally offer 1 year warranty for our products. And free replace the parts or the whole products if it has problem which is not man-made during the next shipment.
Q5: How about the payment?
A5: The terms of payment what we can accept is T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal, Wechat Pay, Alipay, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Ali Trade Assurance etc. Normally Our policy is 30% deposit by T/T and the 70% balance should be paid before delivery.
Q6: How about the lead time?
A6: The lead time for our regular products will be
-within 3 days for the Beanbag Sofa Range, Recliner Sofa Range, Foam Sofa Range etc;
-within 7 days for the Sofa Bed Range, Living Room Sofa Range etc;
-within 15-30 days for OEM or ODM products etc.
