Manufacturing process:

1.Material:The specified materials are obtained.
2.Cutting:The materials are cut into the designated length and diameter.
3.Heating:The materials are heated to the designated temperature by electric furnaces or oil furnaces.
4.Forging:Closed-die forging or free forging is used for forming the sockets depending on production quantities.
5.Gas Cutting:Gas cutting work is needed only when the free forging is applied.
6.Heat Treatment:The heat treatment temperature, the retention time and cooling are managed
7.Machining Process:The machine process is performed in accordance with the dimensions of the designated drawings.
8.Dimensional Inspection:The machine process is performed in accordance with the dimensions of the designated drawings
9.Final Inspection:Visual inspection is given.
10.Packing and Shipment:The products are packed based on the packing specification by our customers’ requests and shipped by air or sea in accordance with our customers’ requests.
