On July 10th, 2018, Shanxi Hanzhong customers visited our river sand pump dredger factory. In the  workshop, the customers observed the 10 inch small river sand pump dredger in production carefully and put forward the construction requirements. Our engineers summarized the customers’ requirements as follows.

1. The water depth is 1-3 meters, there are shoals, and the river is narrow, so big dredger is not suitable.


2. The sand is medium coarse sand with large particles and angular edges, and the sand pump will be wore faster;


3. The customers use sand suction equipment for the first time. So they choose the boat dredge. They will increase investment in the future and adopt large sand suction equipment.


4. There is no power supply at the site, so the need diesel engine.


5. There are 6-inch sand discharge pipes in the local area, so our engineers recommend that the sand pump outlet size should not exceed 6 inch.

After communication with the customers, our engineers confirmed the final scheme. We recommended 6 inch river sand pump dredger which equipped with 6 inch small wear-resistant sand pump and 4 inch small resistant high pressure water pump.
