LAMINATED GLASS

Laminated glass is a kind of glass product that takes beauty and safety into consideration. We usually make it with the PVB film and the EVA film.

Two layers of glass'sandwiched' together with a PVB(polyvinylbutyral) interlayer,laminated glass is the one glass that reconciles the aesthetic benefits of glass with a genuine concern for safety; offering superior protection against glass breakage, as well as harmful solar rays and hazardous noise levels.Due to the adhesive properties of the PVB, Rider takes careful precautions to prevent unwanted particles from attaching to the PVB during the adhesion process.

The PVB films are conventional and customers can specify the film model. One of the PVB films is quite special, called the sound insulation film, and the laminated glass made of it has sound insulation effect. The one made of the EVA films can be used as decorative walls. It looks more artistic and has beautification effect. The performance of the films provides safety protection for laminated glass. In the production process, we also take relevant dust-proof measures to prevent dust particles from adhering to the film during the bonding process of glass and avoid impurities in laminated glass.

RIDER TEMPERED GLASS
Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620C° Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile. The result is fully tempered glass 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of equal thickness.

Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, it will be broken. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
