Introduction of the membrane industrial water filter

best replacement of the ordinary recessed plate filter press.

2.It has the rubber membrane and PP membrane. The rubber membrane has better effect for weak

acid, weak alkali, and material that is not organic solvent. Rubber membrane can plump up more

efficiently,it uses less pressure and air, thus it is energy saving.

 

Working principle

The filter chamber of membrane industrial water filter consists of the membrane plate and chamber

plate. With the help of the feeding pump, the solid and liquid are separated by the filter medium

(filter cloth).After the filter cake is formed, and then air or liquid goes into membrane plate.

The second squeezing happens by membrane plate bulk and lower moisture

content. Membrane water filter is suitable for filtration of various material and user who has

higher requirements about the moisture aontent of filter cake.

Membrane filter plate is molded with enhanced polypropylene, membrane and polypropylene

plates are stick together.

It is firm, not easy to fall off, long service life.
