Q:Products are in stock? How long can you deliver?
A:Our inventory is mainly semi finished products and raw materials and a small amount of finished   goods. Small batch delivery needs 2-3 week, mass delivery takes 4-5 weeks.
 

Q:How long is the warranty and after-sale service?
A:Quality assurance: In the case of product quality issues, damage cause bynormal use and in the   warranty period, free repair,and we bear the freight;Beyond the warranty period, 

   or because of the damage causedby improper use (such as privately disassembly components, 

   the app earance damage, the surface of the glass scratch)is not in the scope of free repair, 

   reasonable material charges is need, or consider the high cost of repair shall be scrapped.

Q:The LCD screen can be exported directly? what certification could provide ?
A:Liquid crystal products comply with the RoHS standard, can be directly exported. All the producs    pass the CE, FCC, SGS certification.
 
Q: What kind of packaging? The transport process will not be damaged?
A:Our products are packaged into two categories, one is made for the liquid crystal display: inner      package is a standard foam boxes, outer packaging is the corrugated carton; Another is for the 

    LCD Module: inner package is divided into small independent unit of carton by the paper knife, 

    corrugated cartons for outer packing. Can guarantee the safety of the express logistics 

    transportation.
 
Q:Could you provide the product drawings and the factory inspection report?
A:We could provide the product drawings and the factory inspection report.For the energy saving 

   and environmental protection, We propose to minimize the use of paper documents, more 

   use of electronic document storage
 
Q:The product specification is in Chinese or English?
A:There are two version of product specifications: Chinese and English.
 
Q:Can we customize products? How many charges?
A:The LCD screen can be customized, customized products have the minimum purchase quantity     constraint.Mold fee for all kinds of products are not the same, the general principle is:
   LCD mold fee category: TN was low, STN was high; generally, do not suggest to customize the 

   LCD panel of TFT color, but we could accept FPC cable physical size changes, and different 

  modes of communication,and terminal interface customization.Under the condition of same size, 

   the low dot-matrix, the lesser display content, the lower mold fee; the high dot matrix, the more 

   display content, the higher mold fee.  Ordinary flat backlight LGP is free of mold charges, 

   need to do a wall of backlight LGP, is charges.
 

Q:What’s the lead time?
A: About 3 to 8 weeks.
 
Q:What’s the MOQ?
A: The MOQ is depend on the products.
 
Q:Are you open for OEM?
A: Yes.
 
Q:How do you make QC control? Internal or third party?
A: Internal control,all products have to pass strict inspection before they go out.
