2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Xingtai City, the capital of Hebei Province, 1.5 hours way by high-speed rail from Beijing to Xingtai. 

Any buyer can come to visit our factory any time settled. 

3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We test our machine before shipping. We have CE/ISO certificate.

4.  What shape and size can the machine make?

A:  It adopts aptitude control . It can process some particular profile . For example: square , rectangle , rhombus ,polygon and so on.

The customer requirement is very necessary to adopt and design the machine.

5. What is the Mode of transportation ?

A: LCL and FCL by ship ,By Express (DHL,TNT, Fedex etc) ,By air

6. How should I do if meet some trouble while using?

A: We can supply English manual book and also take a video for showing how to solve any problems or dispatch our engineer to your site/ country/ place.

7. How do you do any  payment?

A: - TT, 30% deposit ,70% before shippment.

    - L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest , but acceptable )

    - 100%TT in advance (specially for air shipment or small amount)
