3.Main featuers: 

  This 15ml conical tube is made of translucent polypropylene copolymer material PPCO with good visibility. The cap is die-cast, and the built-in sealing ring and the inner surface of the bottle mouth are thread-pressed to form a high sealing degree. It is suitable for high-temperature centrifugation and can be applied to a centrifuge of 50000xg. The centrifuge tube can be treated with high temperature and high pressure and reused. The filling amount during centrifugation should not be less than 80% of the total capacity. When autoclaving, place the cap on the centrifuge tube, but do not tighten or remove the cap for. operation, it is recommended to autoclave before the first use.

4.Quality Warranty

1. We have 90 days warranty on our bottles/tubes, 12 month warranty on our centrifuge machine.

2. After the machine fixed, our professional technician will file it and keep track of the usage of the machine.

3. We will visit our customers every year, see whether the machine is in good condition, if something wrong happened to our machine, we will repair it for you.

4. we will pay attention to the feedback of the customers within 24 hours.

5. We won’t charge customers any money for repairing the machine in one-year warranty time, the freight is also on us.

6. We only charge for the accessories on repairing the machine beyond the one-year warranty time.

7. We have technician training class twice a year, training the technician for our distributor
