Yes, PVC rigid sheets are available for printing both solid color and transparent color. For solid colors, we recommend matt surfaces. The matt surface has better adsorption.

Yes, we have the specific formulation to produce the sheets that can be cold-bended.

Yes, normal formulation is design for indoor use. If the PVC rigid sheets that need to be used for exterior, please give us the environmental condition of the usage and service life. We can adjust the formulation that is suitable for your usage.

There are two main ways, 1) To provide us with actual color samples 2) To provide Pantone or Ral color code. Then we will provide you a small sample for color confirmation before mass production.

PVC is a flame-retardant thermoplastic, it extinguishes itself when the flame source is removed.
We have two high grades on flame-retardant:
1. In accordance to DIN 4102, our product can be classified as flame-retardant material group B1.
2. In accordance to ASTM UL94, our product can be passed UL94-V0 class.
