What’s your bike quality situation?

t is the fact what we manufactured are all in middle/high quality classes even in European market, closing to the A-brand in the world. All the electric bicycles we manufactured is basically according to present European Standard, especially for European market. It may change a little bit, according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries.

Do you have warranty on the bikes?

Our warranty is including as below:
Frame and fork: 1 year’s warranty
All the electric components(including the battery): 2years’ warranty
Mechanical parts:1/2 year’s warranty

Do you accept OEM customer's orders?

Yes, in our factory in China, we can make the bicycle according to customer’s specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request, provided the order is by 1x20’ container and more. Otherwise, we have to negotiate it.
