Stainless steel filter press of wax separator machine, honey and comb separator

 

 

Our company stainless steel filter press can be divided into plate and frame type and chamber type. it is one kind of intermittent filter equipment. It is used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensending liquid. Filter plate are pressed by pressing system, and then suspension is pumped into the filter chamber. solid particles and liquid is separated through gilter cloth. This chamber fitler press is simple in structure, but in good separation effects. conventient in use.

This stainless steel filter press consists of beam, filte plate, hydraulic system(hydraulic unit) filter cloths, control cabinet.

1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance. here with honey used, to satisfy food industry used we can covered with the beam with stainless steel.

2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength. add with glass fiber to beer higher temperatre more than 80C.

3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.

4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection

5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.

 

This industry filter press for honey can be used to separaton honey from wax and comb, also hot sale in other food industry separation or clarify purpose.

The below is our customer condition:

1. Filter press to separate honey from comb(wax). The honey has a specific gravity of 1.3 and the comb (wax) has a specific gravity less than 1, And the solution is fairly thick being 90% honey and 10% wax. 

2. Input capacity is about 750liters to 1000liters honey.

3. The temperature of the comb honey will be about 90c.
