2.Cutting section adopted with numerical multi-blades cutting system. Servo synchronous tracking cutting system makes it higher precision and multi-blades cutting makes it higher efficiency.

3.Machine body and main spare parts made by stainless steel instead of painting. Ensure the hygiene and environmental protection of the products.

4.Bottom paper broken paper can alarm automatically, and stop, to avoid the white glue roll rod is very difficult to eliminate the hardship.

5.Several cross-connected structures are used to increase the stability of the paper frame and reduce the area.

6.It adopts roller type glue, each layer of rubber rack is equipped with a motor to control the amount of glue, you can accurately adjust the amount of glue according to customer ‘s needs.

7.The core shaft fixed mode adopts the three-claw chuck form to achieve the quick clamping.

8.The speed of paper tube cutting part is controlled by servo motor, and the speed of paper tube production can be tracked to synchronize.

9.The paper pipe cutting system adopts the form of multiple knives simultaneously cutting, that can cut 4 short paper tubes at one time, can guarantee the length accuracy of the paper pipe, avoid the secondary cutting of paper pipe, and save labor and equipment.

3. How do you pack machine?

Our machines will be packed into PE film packing or wood case. (We will process the wood case and make sure it reaches export standard)

4. How long is your guarantee?
One year (Calculated from the equipment arrives at the customer’s side.). 
If there is any problem within guarantee period (excluding caused by human's wrong action), we will send you spare parts for free. After this period we will definitely support you when needed. You will be welcome to contact us with any problem may happen. 
5. How can I get to your company?
We are located in No.8 Create Road, Photoelectric Information Industry Base Nanan City Fujian Province, China .You can get a flight to Jinjiang International Airport. We will go to airport to pick you up. It takes around 1 hour from airport to our office. You may also come to our city by High Speed Railway trains, we will go to the Quanzhou train station to pick you up.
