1. Q: What's your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is shown on every page of the product. It differs from products.

2. Q: How much for the shipping fee of ## pieces to the address ##?

     A: The shipping fee's calculation differs from different countries and different carriers. Tell our customer service your planning order quantity and the carrier you want to select. We will help you find the best shipping method with the best shipping price.
3. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally 7-15 days after payment for stock & 30-40 days after payment for customized order, it depends on the products & quantity.
4. Q: What’s the payment term.
A: Payment by western union or Alibaba escrow, TT 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.
5. Q: Why the shipping fee is more expensive than the products?

A: First of all, we provide a factory or workshop directly wholesale price, which is already reasonably cheaper.

     Secondly, the shipping cost of our calculation is manily by the weight of the product. It is probaly that the weight of the product is heavier and the unit price of the product is cheaper to make the shipping fee more expensive than the value of the product.

    Thirdly, if one carton can only load a few quantity of products, the shipping cost will be more expensive because there is a fixed cost of The First Weight among the calculation of the shipping cost.
