 Our poultry cages are made of galvanised wire mesh and we can accommodate 96/128 layer in each cage. there are nipple drinking system and feed trough with each cage so u don need many people to feed the chickens in the chicken house.

Specification introduce of the chicken cages:

  

1. One piece chicken cage's length is 1.88m, the width is 56cm. 

 

2. One set(unit) chicken cage has two heights, anterior height of the cage : 37cm, posterior height of the cage:32cm

 

3. One set(unit) chicken cage has 3-4 tiers(layer), every tier has 2 cages in each side, so 6/8 cages constitutes one set(unit) chicken cage.

 

4. Each of the 6 cages has 4 doors,  and one door can contain 4 chickens, so one set(unit) can take 96 chickens.

 

5. The wire diameters are 2.3mm--3.0mm, different parts have different wire diameters.

 

6. After the installation is completed, the whole height is about 1.5m, then the width is 2.5m(the width means the span between the right cage and the left cage).

Chicken cage packaging and shipping

 

Packaging: The chicken cage will be packed in wooden case covered by water proof paper and then in the container.

 

Shipping:The goods transport from the factory to the port, and then  from the port of shipment shipped to the port of destination, importers to delivery the goods at the port of destination.

  We can offer the install video to you which is recorded by me.

 

1. We put the cut wires into the models then weld after which the wies come into welded wire mesh panels

 

2. Galvanized to prevent rust, the surface is silver

 

3. Install the galvanized welded wire mesh panel into cages

 

4. Install the drinking systerm, such as the pvc pipes, the nipples, and the feed through.
