First Article Process
Step 1: Worker Machining and Inspect;
Step 2: Team leader inspect all sizes and threads
Step 3: Quality manager inspect all sizes and threads
Step 4: All approved to start mass production.
Raw material: 15 years partner, 10% inspection;
Knife and gauge: designed for Stainless Steel only;
First article: pass three people approval;
Route inspection: team leader, quality manager and Production director, each two hours;
Final inspection: 100% surface and burr, 10% randomly for all specifications and threads.

Packing Details : Products with plastic cover, Packaged in plastic bag, Plastic bags in carton boxes, Carton boxes on wooden cases or wooden pallet with Iron belt or as per customers' request..

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are an ISO 9001:2015 certificted manufacturer of premium quality stainless steel hydraulic hose crimp fittings and adapters.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: As the professional manufacturer, the delivery time is about 60 to 90 days as normal. But we will help our clients to make some orders in very short time like 7 or 15 days if necessary.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Sample is free, we have the budget every year.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Normally 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against BOL copy. Payment is Negotiable.
Q: Do you offer OEM service and can you produce as our drawings or samples?
A: Yes. We offer OEM service. We produce most fittings according to SAE J514, Eaton Winner Standard and DIN 2353 standard. Besides, we also produce big quantity fittings according to our clients drawings and exact samples.
