Product Description

Hydrophobic fumed silica in unsaturated polyester resins

In UPR products, fume silica gives high transparency and good physical properties even at a low concentration. This improves quality of its down-stream product.

In gel coat resin, fumed silica improves its many properties, mainly tensile strength, bending resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, and prolongs its service life; in thixotropic resin, fumed silica provide excellent thixotropic properties ; in putty, fumed silica shows great anti-settling thixotropic performance.

HL-4150 is hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area around 150㎡ /g.

HL-4200 is hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area around 200㎡ /g, mainly applied in coatings & paintings, film & UPR, HTV&RTV silicon rubber, adhesives and sealants, printing ink...

HL-4300 is hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area around 300㎡ /g, mainly applied in coatings & paintings, silicone rubber and Other elastomers, film & UPR, adhesives and sealants.

HL-4380 is hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area around 380㎡ /g, mainly applied in coatings & paintings, silicone rubber and other elastomers, UPR, adhesives and sealants.

HB-4620 is hydrophobic fumed silica which is produced by HL-4200 after chemical post-treatment with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane).

HB-4630 is hydrophobic fumed silica which is produced by HL-4380 after chemical post-treatment with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane).

HB-4139 is hydrophobic fumed silica which is produced by HL-4200 after chemical post-treatment with PMDS (Polydimethylsiloxane).
