1.Brief Introduction:

S.S. multi-layer filter is for fine filtering. It's surface is polished, has seals, and normally used together with S.S. feeding pump, so it is normally used for following industries: oils, laboratory, fine chemicals, medicine, food, cosmetics, etc.

2.Operation Principle:

Suspension into the filter unit with the help of a pump filter, due to pressure, the filtrate through the filter layer and the membrane or other filter, is discharged out of fluid discharge outlet, the residues were kept in the room formed by plate and frame, to achieve solid-liquid separation.

3.Features:

The machine is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel material, corrosion-resistant durability and long life span.The filter plates use screw thread structure. It can change filtering media(if use filter membrane, it can achieve aseptic filtration ). Users can increase or reduce the number of layers to meet the needs of production. When working, the filter is in the state of sealing and pressure, without loss of liquid material, liquid clarity is good, and also based on user needs a special multi-stage filter, first stage put a coarse filter, and second stage put fine filter material, saving time and improve the filtering accuracy. All parts of the machine sealed with silicone rubber seals, high temperature, non-toxic, no leakage, good sealing performance. The machine can be fitted with automatically liquid return device, as per needs of the user. When the pump stops, open the return value, automatic discharge of all sediments (both exhaust function), and return with water from the tube recoil, very convenient. 

4.Advantages:

This filter use high quality 304 or 316L stainless steel material. The structure is close, and uses the two sided trawl doors, may make return washing processing, makes the membrane without the residue to separate the thick thin filtration, according to needs of the flow capacity, to increase or reduce layers such characteristics.
