Q: What should I provide to you if I want to do my own design?

A: For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making. The more information that can be provided to us, the better. But if you can't, at least have HD multi-angle pictures and product application display.

Q:Who will buy the insurance for the goods?

A: It depends on what trade terms you choose.

Q:What's the MOQ?

A:We will try to arrange it for you. For the small order, we suggest customer to use alibaba trade assurance. It's safe and easy.

Q:What's the delivery time?

A: Normally, it takes us 15-45 days for an order after got your LC at sight or 30% despoit.

Q:What is your payment term?

A:Available for T/T, LC at sight, Paypal, Western Union, Alibaba trade assurance, etc.
