Q1. When is your service time?

Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes . If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after deposit received. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. Can you Make OEM or ODM design product.
A.OEM and ODM product are both welcomed.

Q7. Can you produce according to the samples? Is sample free?
A: Yes, we can produce sample by your samples or technical drawings. Sample cost is negotiable, depends on exact model chosen.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

♦ How to Order
1. We need to know the Goods size, quantity and others.
2. Discuss all details with you and make the sample if needed.
3. Start the mass production after getting your payment (deposit).
4. Send goods to you.
5. Receive the goods in your side.

♦ Quality Control
Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
Every Item quality checked before packing.
Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
