     Before using umbrellas we offer, customer could point out quality problems, including defective fabric,broken ribs,and print quality.Customer is required to offer a written document including umbrella type,real pictures,problem details and defected quantity.more importantly,you should take photos of all defected details of the umbrellas,keep them in the archives,and timely feedback to the sales .Our solutions is: When you producing next order,we will replace defective umbrellas of same quantity and deliver them with the new order together to customers.

    Before using umbrellas we offer,customer could point out quality problems, it including excessive thread,loose sew,and dirty fabric.Our solution is:after sales negotiate it with customers,we ask customers deal with it by them self.

    Before using umbrellas we offer customer could point out quality problems,including tips or top off, and handle broken.Customer is required to offer a written document including umbrella type,real pictures,problem details and quantity for defective fittings.our solution is: we will send the fittings for customers to fix by them self .if they can not fix it ,we will ask them to return the defected umbrellas,and we redo it .

1. When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer. So you can provide AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

It will takes 5-7days to prepare a sample.

5.How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
