Q1:Do you have current batteries in stock? A: Generally speaking, we have the conventional batteries and chargers for RC car, RC drone, RC boat and some other products in stock. If you have some different requests, we can produce the specific items for you. Once confirmed the correlation parameters, we will complete the production within 30 days.
Q2:Whatr’s the delivery time for mass production? A:Usually 25-30 days, it depends on the quantity, material, battery cell model and so on, we suggest to check delivery time case by case.
Q3:What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery? A: We have MSDS, UN38.3, certificates of sea and air transport for some conventional battery models. There are too many battery models, so we cannot apply certificates for every battery because of the high certificates fee. If needed, we could apply some certificates for you. And the certificates fee will be refunded if the quantity is big enough after discussion.
Q4:Do you offer charger for battery? A:Yes, we do. If you also need chargers, please mention it when sending inquiry. Kindly note that our charger cost is not included in the battery cost.
