What is a concrete pump truck?
Concrete pump truck is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along the pipe. It is composed of a pump body and a conveying pipe. According to the structure is divided into piston type, extrusion type, water pressure diaphragm type. The pump body is mounted on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with a telescopic or flexed cloth rod, the pump car is composed. Concrete pump truck is modified on the chassis of truck, it is installed on the chassis with motion and power transmission device, pumping and mixing device, distributing device and some other auxiliary devices. The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump group or the rear axle through the power transfer box. The hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump to work. Then use the pump on the material rod and pipe, the concrete transport to a certain height and distance.
