Summarize

   This machine is manual operation and vacuum absorption auxiliary lead edge feeding system. It can slot, cut the corner, cut the extra side and press the lines of the corrugated cardboard. The slotting width is electric adjustment, and it attached a ruler that the scale can be read easily. The slotting phase adjustment is planetary gear structure. The machine adopts 360 degree electric adjustment. The up and down slotting knives and creasing knives can move synchronously. Adopt multi-group communication type computer adjustment, main computer adopt big screen PLC control. Hanging plate with foot type on-off. Scorer wheels are pre-press and double press. This small machine is easy to operate and repair easily which is specialized for slotting small boxes.

 

 

Details

1. Adopts Φ216mm high quality thick seamless steel tube which is surface grinding and hard chromium plating.

2. Adopts Φ136mm 220 mesh high quality steel anilox roller which is produced by Tengda Dalian.

3. Adopts Φ86mm rubber roller made by Chunfeng Jizhou. It is wear-resisting, oil resistance and acid and alkali resistant. The roller is in highly grinding so it is easy to print.

4. The pressure adjustment of printing roller adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do the slight adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach best condition.

5. 360°electric phase, printing motor button phase adjust mechanism adopt planetary gear structure, can freely adjust machine work or stop 360°by electric button when machine running.

6. Ink pump provide ink automatically, lift printing plate by hand. also with the automatic ink distribution system, which avoid the bad influence to the printing result when ink dry out because of machine stop running. Used 1.2inch PVC ink-back tube,  smooth tube wall avoid ink-stuff up and sticking, can send the ink to ink bucket in time to avoid ink-leak phenomenon.

7. Slotting plate adopt full steel processed accessories, slotting knives adopt zigzag arc-shaped semicircle knives to slot and remove the scrap, paperboard get into slitting roller after slotting, slitting knives slit both sides of the paperboard(note:pressing wheel and slitting knives in one roller).
