Operating principle

ZSQ series linear vibrating screen using the excitation force   of   vibration   motor   as  vibration   source,   its
working  principle  is  that  two  of  the  same  type and specification  do  synchronous vibration motor reverse rotation,  the line  form,  a periodic  alternating exciting force  to  drive the sieve box,  led screen surface,  and then   make   materials   was   put   up  on  screen,  do jumping  movement forward at the same time, several kinds   of  specifications  of  the  screen  by  multilayer sieve   on    content   and   undersize   content,    finally respectively  from  their  respective discharging mouth eduction, complete screening operation.

Material  bulk  density,  mesh  size ( length  &  angle  for  conveying  series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.

Delivery  time
