Q2: What’s your material? Why yours is better?

A2: Our materials including the Nylon 66, INK, ABS plastic cassettes. Nylon66 made in Japan, Ink import from USA, our plastic cassettes made from fresh new.
     

Q3: What about your delivery ?

A3: For small order, delivery will be sent within 3-7 working days after payment received.

     For bulk order, delivery will be sent within 10-15 working days after deposit received.
It will be sent by sea, by air, by Express like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or the way you'd like.

 

Q4:  The post-sales service?

A4: For small quantity of defective printer ribbon, please kindly send us some proof of quality problems, such as photo, and scanned print sheets, etc. And we will send you replacement of same model and quantity along with next shipment.  For batch problems, firstly we need several pcs samples to be sent back to us, once we test the samples and confirm the batch problem, we will arrange shipping back the defective cartridges, and replace them with next shipment.
