Manufacturing process

	Flow						Description
1	Material						The specified materials are obtained.
2	Cutting						The materials are cut into the designated length and diameter.
3	Heating						The materials are heated to the designated temperature by electric furnaces or oil furnaces.
4	Forging						Closed-die forging or free forging is used for forming the sockets depending on production quantities.
5	Gas Cutting						Gas cutting work is needed only when the free forging is applied.
6	Heat Treatment						The heat treatment temperature, the retention time and cooling are managed.
7	Machining Process						The machine process is performed in accordance with the dimensions of the designated drawings.
8	Dimensional Inspection						The machine process is performed in accordance with the dimensions of the designated drawings.
9	Final Inspection						Visual inspection is given.
10	Packing and Shipment						The products are packed based on the packing specification by our customers’ requests and  shipped by air or sea in accordance with our customers’ requests.
