A: Yes, we make sample orders for some customers. The sample fee is necessary. We will deduct the cost of the sample from your bulk order.

A: You only need to provide your port of destination, which is ship / aircraft /express, so we can calculate the more reasonable freight to you.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: Usually is one year. If it's the bed itself, we're fully responsible. If it's man-made, we're not responsible.
