A: We produce all kinds of ceramic bakeware ceramic tableware, ceramic dinnerware, porcelainware,ceramic kitchenware.
Q3: Where is your factory located?
A: Our office is in shenzhen and our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guang xi city,Your visting shall be appreciated.
Q4: Have you pass any factory audit?
A: Yes,we passed the Walmart audit, Target audit, Crate & Barrel and Auchan audit.and we are the company which pass the CQM authentication.
Q5: Can I get some samples?
A: Free samples are available if they are ready in stock. You will bear the freight. Sampling charge is required if new mould to be developed or none ready item on hand.
Q6: Are your products food safety?
A: Yes, our products are food safety according to FDA, EU, LFGB and DGCCRF standard. We have our products tested in SGS.
Q7: What is the production schedule.
A:7days for sample and 45days is usually needed for mass production depending on order quantity. please discuss with our salesman for further information.
