• 1. CNC8645 spring machine is a 6-axis CNC compression spring machine consisting of wire feeding axis, 2 sets outside diameter axis, pitch axis and 2 sets cutter axis. The six axes can act independently or synchronously.


• 2. The compression spring machine upper and lower is driven by three motors independently for controlling the space and cutting tool. The three axes can be exchanged.


• 3. The spring machine pitch can be adjusted by two methods easily: cam inclined knife type and shaft pushing type.


• 4. The outside diameter is driven by two motor independently. The outside diameter can be adjusted by the preset program easily.


• 5. This spring machine can manufacture the compression springs of any shape without adjusting the mechanical parts and absolutely avoid changing the cam plate.
