Before Use

This item will work with an air compressor machine, please have it prepared before we start the operation.

Then check the Machine and Oil Drum, make sure no damage during shipment, then check the Machine Accessories(1pc Hand Controller, 1pc Main Cable, 1pc Air Tube (with connection nut), 1pc Hexagon Wrench and spare Needles) if all there.

Hand Controller Instruction:

The "X/Y/Z" buttons means the injector head move direction.
The "T. Speed" button means the speed when moving the injector head. We can choose "high, middle or slow" speeds.

Press "Esc", means to get out or cancel the file/settings you made;
Press "Table" to switch from programming details to the programming file list;
Press "Delete" to delete what you typed or the files you`ve chosen;
Press "Up/Down" to get to/move between different files or different steps;
Press "#" when naming the file, it means switch the numbers to words;
Press "Home" Button to let the device back to its original position;
"Menu1/Menu2/Menu3" refer to different Menus settings;
Press the "Run/Pause" button on Hand Controller Operation, the machine will start working automatically), press it again, the Injector head will stop, press it again to keep running again...
Press "Stop" button to stop the auto filling process;
Press "Enter" means to enter a file or save any modify you`ve made.

How to use:

1)Get Machine Prepared


Connect the Main Cable with the Power Port, and plug on the Socket;
Connect the Controller Line in the Controller Input, then connect the Hand Controller on the Communication Port;
Use the Air Tube (with connection nut) to connect the air compressor machine and Oil Drum(Oil Drum part connect with the Air Inlet);
Connect the 2pcs Air Tubes on the Injector Head, use the Hexagon Wrench and Nuts to stable the Injector Head;

2)Turn on the Machine

Please do test run first before pour oil into the Oil Drum do Auto filling
Firstly, Twist tight the Oil Drum Opener to seal the Oil Drum
Turn on the air compressor machine, turn on the Air Switch (Press down to turn on, pull up to turn off), press down the Oil Drum Air Valve.

Notice:
When change the oils, please pull up the Oil Drum Air Valve to release the air first, then open the Oil Drum.
Turn on the Power Switch; your hand controller will ring, remind you it is on.

Please press "Home" key on your hand controller to make sure your injector head back to its original position

Turn on the temperature controller;

Set the Temperature Controller, to the desired heat temperature (Normally we set 40℃, can set slightly higher for thicker oil, but not set very high)

Then the machine will be ready for operate.
