Mini sand suction dredger is widely used for sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and deepening, the mini sand suction dredger can produce certain amount of vacuum, the sand and mud is conveying and discharging by pipeline and floater.
Mini sand suction dredger made by OCEAN Pump can be self-propelled or non self-propelled. The hull can be dismantle and box-like structure. The dismantle type can be assembly at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly. The mini sand suction dredger is very convenient to install and move in the working place. The power system of mini sand suction dredger can be electric system or diesel engine driving system according to customers’ requirements.The working process of this mini sand suction dredger is as followed. The high pressure sand pump can produce certain amount of vacuum so the underwater sand and mud can be mixed into slurry, the mixing slurry is conveyed through the pipeline to the specified place.

1.Mini Sand Suction Dredger Equipment Hull
The mini sand suction dredger hull is made of 6mm steel plate, with a steel frame with 4 layer anti-corrosion paint. The mini sand suction dredger hull is dismantled, With 1 pcs central pontoon and 2 pcs side pontoons. Supply the platform for the sand pump set and water pump set.
2.Mini sand suction dredger pump set
10 inch sand pump driven by the 132Kw diesel engine connection via pulley belt with power take off.
3.Water pump set
with high pressure to jet the sand up and down, with 8 inch sand pump driven by the 56Kw diesel engine connection via pulley belt with power take off.
4.Lifting system
The manual winch is driven by the diesel engine, with steel wire for lift the sand suction head up and down to adjust the dredging depth.
5.Sand suction head
Sand suction head is consisted of sand suction hose, water suction hose and steel pipe with the grid, to protect the big sand or water grass enter and protect the pump.
6.Discharge pipeline
Made of high quality wear resistant material pipe, Each pipe with double flanges, rubber seal and bolts and screw, easy connection.
